The LELO Beads provide a great-feeling object for the pelvic muscles to grip during Kegels—you'll have to flex to hold them in place, an effect that tones and strengthens with regular reps. You can wear them while sitting, standing, working out, or walking around.

Inside, you'll find seven pieces that can be mixed, matched, or used solo. A silky white cradle comes pre-fitted with 2.1oz/60g purple beads. Two identically sized 1.3oz/37g pink beads and another set of .9oz/28g blue beads will be waiting right beside the assembled set. All six have a rolling weight inside that jiggles and rocks with movement.

In high-quality silicone and hygienic ABS plastic, the LELOBeads are body-safe, hypoallergenic, and easy to clean and maintain. Wash them with soapy water or a favorite toy care fluid/foam before and after use. You can add slipperiness with any water-based lube you love.
